Service, maintenance and renovation.

Dustair engineers are regularly involved in the relocation of existing equipment both between suppliers and customers and also customers sites. In doing so we can dismantle, clean, relocate, reassemble and service equipment that’s providing an operable LEV system for customers without the excessive cost of purchasing new equipment. We are able to supply full servicing of the equipment as well as surveys and condition monitoring of the plant. Here we see a  preowned filter before and after, that was refurbished and fitted with new controller and filter cartridges before being used at a local brickworks.

Inside Dustair’s own 6000 ft.² factory we are able to assemble and fit out equipment as well as test parts of machinery before dispatch to site. Within our factory we have machinery and equipment to enable us to carry out both servicing and maintenance of equipment and have qualified engineers who will carry out the assembly and testing of the components. Where possible on mechanical equipment we will test run or operate the process in order to ensure that equipment is functioning correctly prior to dispatch. We can also carry out pre-wiring of equipment or design in easy attachment to equipment prior to installation on site.
